Checks/Money Orders
Manu Nutraceuticals Ltd will accept Cashiers Checks or USPS Money Orders payable in USD, goods will be shipped upon clearance of Cashiers Check or Money Order. Personal Checks are not accepted.

Shipping and Handling
Manu Nutraceuticals Ltd offers two delivery schedules: International Air with or without Insurance, and International Express. International Air will reach most countries in 7-10 days, International Express will take 3-5 days.

Delivery Information
Orders placed before 11:00am local time for products that are in stock will generally be processed and shipped the same day, providing all Credit Card information is validated. Orders placed after 11:00am local time and on weekends will be processed the following business day. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of in stock merchandise.

International Orders
Manu Nutraceuticals Ltd processes orders for delivery world wide. Any duties or tariffs which may apply are not included in the order amount and will be collected by the shipper upon delivery.

Personal importations valued less than US$200.00 will generally not attract duties or tariffs entering USA. Customers from other countries should consult their Customs Office or Post Office for details regarding applicable duties or tariffs. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Simply try our products for at least 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied - for any reason - return the product to us within 60 days for a complete refund less shipping fees.

Ship any unused portion of the products with an explanation, in their original containers via prepaid Airmail to: Manu Nutraceuticals Ltd., PO Box 29-396, Christchurch, New Zealand.

Cancelling An Order
Orders for in stock items are sent to our warehouse for shipping immediately after you place the order, therefore, in stock items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. However unopened goods that are returned will receive a full refund less shipping costs.

To request cancellation of backordered items, please email us at info@manuka-health.co.nz In the email request, please provide your Order ID and the Item Number(s) to be cancelled. If, for some reason, we are unable to cancel your order, you will be notified via email within one business day.
